Justin signed the bar roll in 2004, and combines a criminal trial and appellate practice with a general commercial practice. He has a masters in intellectual property from Monash University with first class honours. Justin has appeared as junior counsel before a bench of seven in the High Court. His publications include: "Contributory Infringement Under s.117 of the Patents Act 1990 (Cth): What Suppliers Need to Know" (2009) 20 AIPJ 53; and "I Didn't Know it was Unlawful in the Criminal Sense not a Defence to Offences Against the Trade Marks Act 1995' (Cth)' (2009) 76 IP Forum 46.
