Nicholas Green practises in industrial law, workplace relations, employment law and administrative law. He is a barrister of 30 years’ standing and took silk in 1999.

He is a member of the Legal Costs Committee under the Legal Profession Act 2004.
From 2001 to 2003 he was senior counsel assisting the Royal Commission into the building and construction industry.

Since 1997 he has been a Visiting Fellow of The University of Melbourne where he teaches advocacy to undergraduates at the Law School.
