Before joining the Bar in 1997 Andrew worked for the Westpac Banking Corporation. He appears in all jurisdictions and has a wide range of commercial experience. He also regularly appears to prosecute criminal trials for the Office of Public Prosecutions.
He has a broad commercial practice with an emphasis in the area of property law. He has worked with developers, vendors, builders and purchasers providing advice and appearing in disputes in relation to joint venture agreements, site acquisition, subdivision, town planning, building and construction. He also has extensive experience in relation to the rules and regulations relating to strata Body Corporates and their management.
