Before coming to the Bar, Lindy was a Senior Associate at Herbert Geer &
Rundle, in the Commercial Litigation Group.

Her practice encompassed a wide variety of commercial disputes including:
- large scale fraud recovery matters (involving breaches of employment and
other duties, misuse of confidential information);
- property litigation, including retail lease disputes;
- banking and finance, particularly mortgage and guarantee litigation;
- insolvency matters ranging from bankruptcy to liquidators claims;
- general negligence and contract claims;
- general commercial work.

Lindy has experience in all court jurisdictions, ranging from the VCAT to
the Supreme Court
