Prior to being called to the Bar, Stephen was a Senior Consultant at Herbert Geer and Rundle.
Stephen has practised predominantly in the fields of professional negligence and personal injury for more than 20 years. He has extensive knowledge of insurance law and torts law. Stephen has been involved in numerous defended proceedings at VCAT, the Supreme Court and the County Court. He has represented clients in many mediations and similar forms of ADR. Stephen also has experience in inquests and occupational health and safety prosecutions.
