Sascha completed his Articles of Clerkship at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions in 2003. As a solicitor in the Melbourne Office of the CDPP, Sascha undertook regular appearance work in both suburban and regional Magistrates’ Courts prosecuting a wide range of offences, including social security and customs offences. He also provided advice to a variety of client agencies on brief preparation, sufficiency of evidence and questions of law.

In April 2005 Sascha moved to London and worked for the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office for a period of approximately 12 months. During this time Sascha was responsible for enforcing proceeds of crime confiscation orders, using a variety of both criminal and civil enforcement mechanisms.

Following his return from London in May 2006, Sascha worked for Maurice Blackman Cashman Commercial on a large commercial litigation matter.

Sascha is currently undertaking the following subjects towards a Master of Laws (Human Rights) at Monash University:
'Corporate and white Collar Crime' and 'Comparative Bills of Rights'
